Come and join us at our new Making Headway Volunteer Coordinator. If you are experienced in running small projects, working with volunteers, and are proactive to achieve results you could be just who we are looking for. This is a part-time c20 hours per week position, paying an hourly rate of £14.40 p/h (£26,208 FTE). The post holder will lead a project focused on reducing the loneliness and isolation too often experienced by brain injury survivors. Read the Job Description/Person Spec to find out more.
We also have openings for part-time Rehabilitation Assistants/Support Workers to deliver activities at our Centres in Mendip and/or Sedgemoor/Taunton/West Somerset as well as supporting people 1:1 in the community. By coming to work for Headway Somerset you’ll be joining a team of skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated people committed to enabling adults with acquired brain injury to create positive change and raise awareness of this hidden disability. We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who want to empower others to reach their full potential, no previous experience of ABI required as full training and support given. These positions are paid an hourly rate of £11.33
