Outreach

Our Outreach Service helps adults with acquired brain injury and their families to achieve long-term improvements in the quality of their lives. We achieve this through working with them in their own homes and developing links in their local community. The Outreach Service is now provided through an integrated service managed from the three Brain Injury Outreach Units. The outcomes we aim to achieve for our Outreach clients are similar to those at the Units, with a focus on one-to-one support and helping them to develop local resource networks within their community. This may include help with learning, employment and volunteering opportunities.
