A new long-term strategy for Headway UK

Headway – the brain injury association (Headway UK) is currently developing a new long-term strategy.

They would like to hear as many voices and views as possible from a range of stakeholders, including brain injury survivors, carers and families, the network of local Headway groups and branches, other charities and associated organisations, and our Headway UK colleagues.

Which survey do I complete?
Below are the links to each of the strategy surveys which we are running.  They  recognise that people may be connected to brain injury in different ways, so you are welcome to complete each of the surveys that you feel is appropriate to you.

Your voices matter, so please feel free to share all and any thoughts you have – your feedback is invaluable and will be treated confidentially.

We expect each survey to take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
